A New Year
Now that the holidays are behind us, it's time to get started on our New Year's Resolutions. Loosing weight and more exercise always seem to be at the top of everyone's list. More exercise equipment is sold during this period than any other time of the year.
Diet books are flying off the shelf, health food stores report this is their busiest time of the year and lowering high cholesterol takes on added importance. In fact, because heart disease is the number one killer in America, it is imperative to reduce high cholesterol.
While some cholesterol is essential, too much can be very harmful. Over time, excessive cholesterol can accumulate on the arterial walls. This build up narrows the flow of blood through the body increasing risk of heart attacks and strokes.
We can actually reduce cholesterol with diet and exercise, however our liver often makes more cholesterol than our bodies need and we may still need a little help getting our cholesterol into what is considered safe level zones.
Just recently we found an all natural product made from plant saponins at www.saponins.com that just might be the help needed to achieve healthy cholesterol goals. This product is a nonsystemic bile acid sequestrant that keeps cholesterol from being absorbed into the body, not only the cholesterol you eat but the excessive cholesterol made by your liver. Unlike prescription drugs which are chemically made, these are all natural plant extracts.
These saponins are of great interest to the scientific community not only for their ability to lower cholesterol, but also their ability to boost the immune system and greatly improve overall general health. These saponins are natural, safe and seem to have no adverse side effects.
